1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Trustify: Reviews & SEO (the "App"), you ("User" or "Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately from your Shopify dashboard or stop using the SaaS platform.
2. Description of Service
Trustify provides tools for customer review management and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) analytics via third-party integrations (Google Search Console) for stores on the Shopify platform. The service is provided under a subscription model ("SaaS") and may change from time to time at our discretion.
3. Accounts and Integrations
To use certain features (such as SEO metrics), the user must voluntarily authenticate with their Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and the permissions granted to the App. You may revoke access to third-party integrations at any time from your account settings or the provider's dashboard.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. This service is not available to users who are subject to applicable trade or economic sanctions.
5. Acceptable Use
The User agrees to:
- Not use the App for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes (including generating fake reviews).
- Not attempt to breach the App's security, decompile its code, or interfere with its operation.
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws when contacting their own customers.
- Not resell or sublicense the App without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (code, design, algorithms) are the property of Trustify's developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App on your store for the duration of your subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustify shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the App.
8. Termination
You may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store or canceling your SaaS subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms.
